JOUBIJOUX® is a Dubai-born fine jewelry house created by designer Elise Bitar.
"Jou," a French caress of joy and playfulness, and “Bijoux,” meaning jewelry, come together in pieces made to be worn every day, not kept in a safe.
We work in 18K gold, natural diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones, and hand-applied enamel to craft stackable, transformable designs that move with you through work, weekends, and everything in between.
