When Is a Refund Applicable?
At JOUBIJOUX®, your confidence matters.
If your jewelry isn't quite right
If the jewelry arrives not as described
If the order does not reach you, despite successful dispatch
If the item is returned within 15 days, in its original, unworn condition, with all original packaging intact
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method according to standard processing timelines.

Exchanging for a different value?
For choosing a higher-priced piece. simply pay the difference.
For a piece of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as a store credit, ready to use on a future JOUBIJOUX® purchase.
