Program Overview
Welcome to The Bijoux Circle, the official affiliate program by JOUBIJOUX®, designed for creators, stylists, and influencers who embody our spirit of elegance, craftsmanship, and conscious luxury.
As an approved affiliate, you’ll receive:
- A unique tracking link to monitor performance
- A personalized discount code to share with your community
You’ll earn commission on all qualified sales generated through your link and/or code, and become part of a curated community celebrating timeless style.
Commission Structure

- Commission is calculated on net completed sales (excluding VAT, returns, and cancellations).
- Payments are issued via bank transfer within 10 business days following the month-end.
Affiliate Requirements
- Publish at least 3 content pieces per week (posts, Reels, or Stories)
- Maintain a minimum 2% engagement rate
- Have a minimum of 10,000 followers on Instagram or TikTok
- Ensure 75% + of their audience is female and UAE-based
- Align consistently with the JOUBIJOUX® brand (slow fashion, minimalism, elegance)
- Share performance metrics and social insights upon request
Content Guidelines
DO:
- Share authentic styling advice and personal stories
- Highlight our signature materials (18K gold, natural diamonds) and artisanal craftsmanship
- Use a natural, playful, and elevated tone of voice
- Tag @joubijoux and use our official hashtags in every post
- Publish a minimum of 3 Instagram stories per week
DON’T:
- Focus solely on discounts or aggressive sales tactics
- Showcase Joubijoux next to fast-fashion or mass-market brands
- Use low-resolution or unedited visuals
- Misrepresent product features or value
Tracking & Tools
- A unique promo code and tracking link
- A personal affiliate dashboard via Shopify
- Regular performance tips and campaign insights
- A WhatsApp community group with our team and other creators
- Access to updated product catalogs and marketing materials
Promotion Restrictions
- Promo codes must not be published on third-party coupon or discount websites
- Any use of spammy, misleading, or non-consensual promotion methods will result in immediate removal from the program
Content Ownership and Rights
By participating in this program, you grant Joubijoux the right to:
- Repost and share your content on social media (with credit)
- Use your content in emails, paid ads, and on our website
We will always strive to maintain artistic integrity and tag you accordingly.
Performance Reporting
To ensure your commission is paid on time, please submit a monthly report by the 5th of each month, including:
- Links to all published content
- Metrics such as reach, impressions, and engagement
- Sales-related observations, if any
Termination of Agreement
Joubijoux has the right to pause or terminate your participation if:
- Content is inconsistent with brand values
- Inactivity exceeds 60 consecutive days
- Terms and guidelines are repeatedly violated
Affiliates may exit the program at any time by notifying the Joubijoux team in writing.
Legal & Disclosure Requirements
- Affiliates must disclose the partnership using #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate, as per UAE and international laws
- Misrepresentation of JOUBIJOUX® or its products will not be tolerated
- All disputes will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates

Performance Incentives
Top performers may receive:
- Exclusive product previews
- Invitations to private campaigns
- Seasonal gifts and advanced commission tiers
All rewards are discretionary and based on alignment, engagement, and authenticity.
Affiliate Purchase Privileges
Affiliates may request a 20% personal-use discount on select collections. This benefit is subject to approval and limited to one order per quarter.
VIP NDA Clause
Affiliates exposed to early product launches or confidential material may be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Confidentiality
Affiliates must not disclose internal communications, brand strategy, or unreleased product information without prior written consent from Joubijoux.
Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are responsible for declaring their earnings and adhering to tax regulations in their jurisdiction. Joubijoux does not handle or withhold taxes.
Misrepresentation & Ethics
Any unethical behavior, false claims, or resale of samples or gifts will result in immediate removal and possible legal consequences.
